RETURN POLICY
The period of return and the exact condition of the return will vary depending on the manufacturer policy. All items being returned must be returned in boxed, new condition and original packing. This means that the mattress must not be soiled and there should be no signs of use on the mattress. Merchandise must be in unused condition and include everything that was originally received. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products please contact us to obtain and RMA number and include that on the shipping slip. Once your return has been received, processed and inspected you will be notified and issued a refund check. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your return to be processed and a refund to be issued.
