In either a return or exchange the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The product must be returned to Foammattress.com within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please save all packing materials during the duration of the sleep trial. The product must be returned free of stains, or markings of any kind. Foammattress.com reserves the right to inspect returned items. Refunds will be given after the item has been returned and inspected.
All returns should request a return authorization number in writing either by email or calling. Email return requests to Foammattress.com should include the purchasers full name, address, sales order number and the item you wish to return. Please allow 48 hours for your request for a return authorization number to be processed. Your return authorization number will be issued by email. please
write your return authorization number on the outside of the package near the shipping label. If you do not write your return authorization number on the outside of the box near the return shipping label your return may not be processed. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress pad, pillow, or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is in anyway soiled or unsanitary. This
warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are additional to any prorated charges. You must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
