Manufacturer's Prorated 20-YEAR FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY on Memory Foam Mattresses/Toppers:
During the course of your ownership - parts, labor and materials that are deemed to be defective by the manufacturer will be replaced, based on the length of your ownership.  Terms of 30-day sleep trial are the same as those for our warranty.

Manufacturer's 5-YEAR FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY on Pillows:

During the course of your ownership - defective parts, labor and materials will be replaced at no cost to you. (Shipping and handling costs to be the responsibility of the purchaser).  There will be a $5.00 restocking fee on any returned pillows.  Only unused pillows can be returned.

 Terms of Warranties:

1) Warranties only apply to original purchaser.

2) Warranty applies only if all original tags and seals are still in place.

3) Warranty does not apply to abuse, misuse or defects caused by improper installation.

4) Manufacturer, at its discretion, reserves the right to repair or replace only parts that are deemed unusable.

5) Manufacturer reserves the right to refuse the repair or replacement of unsanitary products.

6) All service must be handled directly through the original dealer.  If service cannot be effected through the dealer, then the purchaser can notify the manufacturer.  The manufacturer must then by given a reasonable amount of time to remedy any defect and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange and pay all transportation costs to and from the manufacturer.

7) This warranty is applicable only in the United States of America and any and all warranties pertaining the your mattress and / or foundation shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty.  No other warranties are expressed of implied.

8) Foammattress.com warranty on mattress and/or foundation will apply only when the foundation is used on a frame or bed rail that provide rigid center support.
